This was a project to design & develop an end to end systems and software solution for the Bromborough Waste Water Treatment Works near Liverpool UK. Scope included creation of the Functional and System Design Specifications from control philosophies and P&IDs. We specified the control system including PLC Hardware, Drives, Instruments, IO Schedule, SDS, Test Specifications and approved the build for United Utilities at the Factory Acceptance Test. Abalto Designed, Developed, FAT & Commissioned 8 Allen Bradley PLCs with PanelView HMI and RSView32 SCADA system. We also designed and implemented the site wide communications with Fibre Optic DH+. All systems were FAT and SAT Tested with Commissioning, Startup, Training and As Built documentation. During operational optimisation of the process we provide control systems tuning.
