Health and Safety is paramount and considered at all stages of a project. Design and construction risk assessments are undertaken and method statements submitted for approval prior to each and every operation being commenced. All field operatives undergo safety inductions. A copy of the Abalto Health and Safety policy is available on request.

Abalto are mindful of the need to prove to their existing and new customers that any contracts awarded will be carried out professionally and in a consistent and audit-able manner. To assure this we have successfully implemented a quality system and are working towards the prestigious BS EN ISO 9001 certification.

We ensure that the project team including suppliers and sub-contractors work together in good spirit and to common goals as a team. Integration is the essence for a successful project in our business.

Where project requirements identify skills that are not available in house, these are brought to the project as consultants through a rigorous quality process. We ensure that skills and personality match the company ethos. Were specialist equipment or sub systems are required we utilise sub-contractors who are quality assessed.
